I had a question about my order and they got back to me quickly. Not like instant or anything, but fast enough, and the answer actually made sense. I just wish the tracking had updated a little sooner… would've been 5 stars otherwise.

I ordered from Chips Liquor and expected to be waiting around, which I really don’t have the patience for. But it actually showed up quicker than I thought, and the tracking worked fine the whole time. The box looked a little rough when it arrived, which annoyed me for a second, but everything inside was fine.

I did get my order in the end, so that part was fine. I just expected the delivery updates to be a bit more accurate. The tracking seemed to lag behind, which made it hard to know when it was actually arriving.
